Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development Support
- Prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities across a range of industries.
- Research potential leads and events, outreach, follow-ups, and meeting preparation.
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline information within Salesforce and Zoominfo.
- Work with cross functional teams on proposals, presentations, and sales materials that reflect client goals and creative strategy.
Client Relationship Building
- Develop a strong understanding of client brands, objectives, and event needs.
- Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and follow-through to build trust with clients and internal partners.
Creative & Consultative Selling
- Learn how to tell compelling stories that connect client objectives to creative event solutions.
- Collaborate with creative, technical, and production teams to shape thoughtful, client-centered concepts.
- Participate in client presentations and internal brainstorms to build confidence and storytelling skills.
Industry & Professional Development
- Build foundational industry acumen by staying informed on event trends, technologies, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, account coordination, client services, or a related role (agency, events, marketing, or creative industries preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and trust.
- High emotional intelligence, with the ability to read situations, listen actively, and respond thoughtfully.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn about creative event production and experiential marketing.
